Should smoking at the wheel be illegal?

Should smoking at the wheel be illegal?

Eating, drinking, trying to read maps, inserting a cassette or CD, tuning a radio, arguing with passengers or other road users, playing loud music. These have all played a part in prosecutions against drivers. Now smoking is set to join the list. Should smoking and driving be banned? Is it dangerous or are we taking this all a step too far? Have your say.

Ban it. It must be as dangerous as using your mobile.... more dangerous even with the risk of flying ash and panic if you drop a hit cig in your lap...
