Eating, drinking, trying to read maps, inserting a cassette or CD, tuning a radio, arguing with passengers or other road users, playing loud music. These have all played a part in prosecutions against drivers. Now smoking is set to join the list. Should smoking and driving be banned? Is it dangerous or are we taking this all a step too far? Have your say.
I Don'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
WHAT ARE THEY GOING on ABOUT NOW????
Come after me for lighting up when you have first collected all the people I see talking on their mobiles and sending/receiving their texts, please.
This is becoming farcical..........
Oh my God, it gets worse, I have never been close to having an accident lighting up a fag in the car, why would you take your eyes off the road to light it, this is ridiculous. Are we going to ban kids in the car then, cos I have been behind vehicles where the parents are clearly not looking where they are driving because their kids are playing up in the back, I would say this is a longer and bigger distraction than lighting a fag, please people get a grip.
Looking at your speedometer, to check your speed with all these covert cameras/ speed traps etc, is fundamentally more dangerous to pedestrians and other drivers, than smoking will ever be.
Fags fags bloody fags,it is dangerouse to have a fag in you`re mouth whilst driving!,English fools.
My God,what is this country coming to?
