From the end of 2009, cigarette packets sold in the UK will carry graphic picture warnings depicting the effects of smoking. Images will show damaged lungs and rotten teeth.
While scientists predict that the new warnings will result in up to 10,000 people quitting, pro-smoking campaigners say the move ‘victimises’ smokers.

not a chance there last plan with the smoking kills and other such lovely logos dont mean anything now .you can even buy smoking rules stickers to go over them

to be honest, when i see one of those smoking harms adverts or quit smoking adverts it just reminds me that i want a cigerette! they dont work at all although the government havnt a clue how to reach the public through the media anyway!! useless government!
