Raise off-licence age to 21?
The legal age for buying alcohol in off-licences in Scotland is expected to be raised from 18 to 21. Do you think this change should take effect across the whole of the UK? Have your say.

why bother adding on more rules? its only gona get broken like people pay attention to rules nowadays come on. its a good idea just hope they dont add the same rule for goin into bars n clubs but on other hand people use fake ID's ne way

The law at present is fine, if only there were the resources to police it properly, and the courts actually punished offenders rather than send them on day trips and holidays.

it would change noting, 18 to 21, no point! also the police cant police it now.
