Just go get into loads of debt its easy to do.. then declare yourself bankrupt... low and behold its all written off ! yippeeeeeeeeeeee
If you havent got the money to pay for it then dont buy it, thats my motto and i live by that. I dont own a credit card and dont use catalogues. i save for what i want and only pay for what i need. Debts for divvys who dont have self control and probably dont have a job. I have heard some people can get addicted to scratch cards and such, my god do these people not a life or any friends how sad it must be for them.

To Anton. I presume from the £80 a week that your on benefit? If you do not want to live on £80 a week go and get a job, even shelf stacking pays more than that. so dont whine if you cant be bothered to look for a job. If you do have a job I would be interested in knowing what job only pays £80 aweek?
To Bill Bournmouth. All the reasons you give certainly dont help, but the main and only reason for dept in 90% of cases is lack of self control. nobody bent their arms to sign stupid loan agreements. Everyone should learn to live within their means.
To Kay Co durham. I totally agree. The government should not allow these loan shark companies to advertise on the telly, or the accident claim companies who are claim sharks. they all give a false impression to the weak minded who believe all that they say.
