It is easy to get into debt but very difficult to get out of debt. I hate owing people and try to pay the bills on time.

No. As I said earlier I worry about the environment (you've got to have a planet to live on in order to worry about debt). I also worry about the standard of literacy in this country and good manners.
Are you having a go about spelling mistakes

I agree with Kelly and Alan, people that end up in debt lack self control. I have a debit account, but regulate what I draw from it each week so I have enough to get by. I've never been tempted by a credit card in the slightest, they just end up as a plastic millstone around your neck, and numerous credit card companies hike the interest rate up by more than 15% within a year after you've opened an account. I loathe those accident claim companies that advertise on the television; I always thought the basic principle of advertising was that you weren't allowed to fabricate facts - but these companies would have you believe that you can get rich by hitting your head at work! Very often when a client does win compensation, more than half of it goes to the company in legal fees. I do fear getting into debt, as I think alot of people do. But if you're careful and budget sensibly, you can avoid sinking into the red. Though with spiralling food and fuel costs, it's going to get much harder to save any money.
