   With wages less and the cost of everything going up plus being taxed to the hilt, we don't go out or buy stuff, we make do. this country is so expensive. well unless your a sponging foreigner.

   It would appear that everbody has forgotten the most basic economic facts, do not spend more than you earn, in the good times put a little away for the bad times. Perhaps this is excusable for most, but for the Chancellor of the Exchequer it is totally inexcusable. Brown, in the early days, copied the Tories fiscal prudence, and then reverted to the old Labour ways of big government, high taxes and profligate spending. If he had been a competent chancellor we would not be so heavily taxed.

Here we are middle of May and I had to go to bed this afternoon to try to get warm. Cant afford to turn the heating on!!!!!!. Gordon
