Should kids be allowed to use mobile phones in class?

School pupils should be allowed to use their mobiles in class because they act as “learning aids”, according to academics.

Do you think that texting and playing games in the classroom will assist in students’ education, or will using such devices be an unwelcome distraction and have a detrimental effect on children’s learning? Have your say.

of course they should what if a bad thing happened and your school was put on lockown or something.or maybe you had an attack or something and you needed some type of medication.how would you be able to let your mum or dad know what happened.it should be allowed even if it means that they keep it in their bag all school times.but that just what i think...
