how can the goverment support a green strategy while and the same time makingpeople in the countryside travel to a facility .
why not get the post office to use other facilities such as pubs or shops in villages or even in out of town .
i live near a town that had four post office now there is only 2 the people that used the other post office now have to travel possably by car wake up mp,s you cant preach green and then allow local facilites to be shut down
With the closure of so meny small post offices the ques in the remaining main ones are so big taking so long to be served it is a hardship the elderly or anyone who as problems standing for legnth of time. Anyone in business like myself it makes its starting to make it cost effective to use other companies who collect from you, which in turn is the Post Office been shot in the foot even more
