It is the best postal service in the world. America envies it. But I do agree that it is down to those footsoldiers who push the mail through the door, and not the managers, who set more and more unreachable targets for them to meet

Adam crozier. what is his job apart from sitting on top of his own money mountain,whilst he aids the closure of all post offices. at this rate we will have a post office like the states, no mail delivery like we have enjoyed for century's. already the cost of posting letters has gone up,i posted a letter today by recorded delivery, it cost me £1.24 thats 20p dearer than beginning of month, for the same service. we are expected to pay for the government failures and also pay more to make Adam Crozier richer,and post office staff worse off.
