David Cameron claimed in his Party Conference speech that he has "courage, leadership and a strongly Conservative vision for Britain" and rejected Brown’s appeal to the importance of experience, insisting that character and judgement matter more.
Do you believe that Cameron has what it takes to steer Britain through financial turmoil, or does Brown’s past make him better qualified? Is it about personality or experience?

"""""Cameron is unable to understand how most of us have to live. he is useless, sly and defintely not a man of the people.""""""
Nor does Brown, we are already in the MYRE and he (Brown) thinks increasing the National debt will get out of it, well think again. With 2million on the dole already and another estimated 700,000 expected to lose jobs in the next tweleve months, where the hell is this government going to get people back to work and pay off the DEBT they have put us in.
Maybe taxing your Pension will be an answer, afterall they want to charge the unemployed for government loans.

WHAT upward trend of improvement are you on about then me old china.
This country is in DEBT, and it hasn't stopped yet. You really are stupid if you can not see the real PROBLEMS brought on by this useless Government.
Yes the NHS staff do a great job no question on that, however whet concerns me more is the lack of TREATMENT given and a LOTTERY state that we have become, think about that before spouting how WELL Labour have done because thay have done nothing but ruin the country.
Okay I accept that the conservative governments have changed things in thier time in power, but this lot have FAILED to do anything except maske things worse.
YOUR WORDS OLD Son NHS a CESS PIT, a labour Problem that they have failed to address .....
So you are just a wind up merchant or you really are a very stupid person indeed.
god help us all if the tories gain control specially us pensioners talk about the end of the world coming. Cameron is unable to understand how most of us have to live. he is useless, sly and defintely not a man of the people.
For Irish Mick : It might surprise you that people have other things to do other than sit in front of this thing, i have been out with my grand-children getting the xmas veg from a farm shop, mind you, you are probably getting paid to pedal the party line. In all times there are always people who want a little help in life, that is what the Government Social Fund was for, but to charge them 27% interest, that is beyond the pale, just about sums up this tawdry government. For Martin, you might have noticed that the said policeman has apologised for his outburst. An apology has never been forthcoming from this load of hypocites in government for getting this country into an illegal war on a tissue of lies. Did you read the bit about the guy in Redditch who kept writing to the local paper saying how wonderful Jacqui Smith was, and that her policies were spot on. He turned out to be her husband. You could not make it up.
Martin, Chester.
Whilst I agree with many of your points, as an ex Labour voter, I feel you haven't grasped, like half the blinkered or apathetic population, the true magnitude of the dangers NuLab are enforcing on us. countless legislation, most of it inneffective, to grab headlines, massive overspending, spin that's spun out of control, dicredited statistics, politicisation of the Police and Civil Service, erosion of Parliamrentary democracy, and the use of the 'Politics of Fear'(Global Warming, bombings etc.) to frighten the population into obedience-a sort of Soviet social engineering! I could go on, our freedom of speech and civil liberties abused, but I hope you get the point. Blair, Brown Mandleson and cronies are not politicians, they are control freaks who threaten the very lifeblood of our society. once the Tories were the party of authority, but nobody-throughout our history, has threarened an Orwellian Surveillance society like this bunch! Never again will they get my vote, and I know I'm not alone, Who's to say that the Tories won't be as bad, but unless we show, as free citizens, that we will not tolerate NuLabs interfference in our lives, total power will go to the political elite-in the EU or Millbank-or Hartlepool, wherever they lurk! I'm a socialist-not a communist, and wish to work WITH the State, not live in fear of it!
