New research suggests that passive smoking makes children more vulnerable to serious infections that lead to diseases such as meningitis. There is also evidence that nine out of 10 cases of cot death could be linked to mothers who smoked during pregnancy. So is it time to ban smoking in the home for the sake of our children's health?

its either head down and just drop one on the pavement or head left or right and spit as far as possible.
