The cost of the 2012 London Olympics could end up reaching £20 billion - 10 times as much as the original estimate, a former 2012 boss has claimed. It has even been suggested that the rising cost of the games will be spread across the UK, with taxpayers who live outside of London footing the bill. Do you think that this is fair?
The Olympics should never have been brought to Britain, never mind London. There is no city, town, village or hamlet capable of organising it!
no i think we have enough to pay right now with all the increases in fuel food and housing id rather pay for something more needed so let the goverment pay for somthing for once they will probably want something from the extra tourism
This might not be the appropriate board to air this, but theres no other, so here goes regarding GB football team for 2012.
Football should not be included in the olympics because it is a game controlled by a third party,ie.>the referee. We have all seen mistakes made (he should have done this,or not done that) . No! the only team game, if you call it so should be the relay . No objection to golf or snooker as they are individual sports
let london pay for it. what benifits will scotland gain from it.
let mps pay 4 it they have the cash
