Are you scared to leave your house?

Apparently, 42% of us are too scared to leave our homes at night due to fear of yobs. A third of people have also called the police to tackle problems with local troublemakers. And 65% think that under-16s shouldn't be allowed out at night.

Are you scared to leave your home? What measures do you think should be taken to resolve this? Should we tackle the parents? Should kids have curfews?

I'm not 16 yet, and I never go out at night even with friends. I guess I'm not a loud and crude person, but that's just me...
I think what needs to be done about delinquents is the hoods.
You get a lot of hoodies in my area, they may shout and be loud but really if you walked up to them and asked for a fight they would turn around and go the other way.
The hoods make them intimidating, IMO, and I never wear my hood because I get strange looks from older people.

To everyone who stereotypes teenagers: don't. Must of us are great people - and do you know what it feels like to be locked out from society, because of a few people messing around?
I'm forced off the path walking home from school past the Primary school, because mums take the attitude 'Oh another teenager, must be a yob'.
I've never even sprayed a paint can, or hit anything but a baseball ball with a baseball bat.

If you stereotype, you know who you are, then reflect what I've written and give us teenagers a little more respect, because we don't deserve what you give us.

Parents who refuse to control and punish kids for wrongdoing and let their kids do what they like should be locked up with their kids in prison and benefits taken away when they leave that'll teach them lawlessness and antisocial behaviour NEVER pays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stuff human rights others come FIRST not these feral kids and their couldn't care less thickhead stupid parents.
