A 64-year-old man from Somerset has been served an ASBO and ordered to pay £2,500 in damages to his neighbours because his flock of 100 chickens and cockerels tormented them with 420 crows per hour.

Yeh, 3 neighbours from Hell, but after court cases etc where lies were told but one member of this family only admitted guilt after proscurator fiscal came to an agreement with the lesser charge + this person was let of very lightly, anyhow later say a week i taped the neighbours at my door late after midnight taped there agression while at my door + took this to the local council to listen to on my stereo + the women in council was shocked at what we had to put up with, only done this as a last resort as these neighbours would just all lie to the police + try to twist a story to suit them, i had let police here this tape 1st, but after the police heard tape he took tape to my neighbour to listen 2 so they couldnt deny this + officer gave tape back sais u wont get any more trouble now lol but later that same night they were all at my door trying to barge the door down, also i had my window broken, why because i had got the police involved but what was i to do ? 2nd time window was broken 1st time by another member of same family he was charged with this + admitted his guilt was fined, after i taped these neighbours attempting to batter my front door in, i jumped out of my window approx 1am in early hrs + ran to police station + seen the same officer i said u better get up there as they are all at my door attempting to batter my door in + have broken the window again, anyhow by the time police arrived back up there with myself in back of van they all had dispersed back into there home nxt door, i eventually went to my council whom i let here this tape-recording she was shocked, then not so long after we got a house move away from these animals + into a better place where i dont see them anymore thankfully. Not forgetting the man of that house before i got this move he with another member of his family attacked myself in a crowded bar + i was kicked about the head severely until this man was chased away from pub he ran into his car + drove away, he was never even charged by the police not once during all of this yet he was always the aggressor, anyhow just happy now we have been away + in a better area.
