   Thats stupid. if hes legaly allowed to keep them then yeah i admit i wouldnt be impressed by the noise, but if hes legaly aloud to keep them which you are, he should never get an asbo and 2,500 fine! what is this country coming to. My 16 year old son needs an asbo no a 64 year old for his chickens anyway!

   yes i do now she stands outside with her mates til god knows what time drinking and eating and playing music and talking really loud it drives me crazy esp. when i have to get up the next morning for work or wakes my 3yr old up.

   i had a neighbour from hell have just moved out thanks god she had dogs that barked all day and didnt stop and also she had music on at 2am but when i did something nothing was done but what got me was no one else did anything i think they was scared or something.
