   Everywhere i've lived in the last 5 years my neighbours have been d**kheads.The last one was ok till she met a freeloading sponger who couldnt handle his ale (2 cans of stella) then he was invincible, thought it was perfectly acceptable to stay up till 3 in the morning and shout and scream on the front even with the girls 4 year old son who swears like a trooper, the council were no help whatsoever, i have since heard she married the moron and he now controls her life so much so that she cant go out anywhere without him.
   I decided to move (bad move) the estate i moved to is actually worse than were i lived but in a weird kind of way its actually better, my immediate next door neighbours are fine and friendly but the street behind us is bedlum.
   If any of you are having bother with your neighbours,fill in diary sheets just to cover your own backs then go and see your local councillers as i have found that they will at least try to do something about it,wheras the local council are complete and utter waste of space and should be shot in my opinion.

   Yes my neighbour upstairs.....Inconsiderate S******t ....Yes , the one who spent two months solid just sanding his floors, The one who is obsessed with ongoing DIY, banging and Thumping rap crap music at all hours of the day or night. The one who has his little social soiree's which start at eight and finish at eight. The one who has two beers and wants to start world war 3...the one who drunkenly cries about a certain scottish regiment at 4.30am....
   Police???? what police???? why should the police be concerned????

   heres a tip for people who have neighbours with dogs that bark all night and keep you up.buy the dog off them and keep them up all night lol.

   Yes I too have neighbours from hell. The only reason I am here on the comp. The neighnour 23ys old has been away(Hurrah) for 2 days, and has arrived back and 10.30pm puts the washer on, That is one, then the dryer goes on till maybe 2/3am. And the excess noise , can be heard all over the house. And cannot sleep as the noise comes through the bedroom floor and the bed, and all night you hear a droaning sound, I try to wear earplugs.
   Plus verbal abuse, banging at all hours, loud music wellHa boom boom
   thats all you hear. Stones thrown on the garden whilst we are outside.
   Clothes bleached on the washing line.Swearing at a 3yr old child, the language is vile. The smell of drugs is prevelent most days That is when she gets the screams and swearing..
   The garden is like a dumpit site,in fact she is banging about now.
   More than this has been going on now for 3yrs.And filling diaries in, she has had the police and council to see her, but does not abide to rules and regulations at all.
   Just a young girl who shouted to me and stated no one on this earth is going to tell her what to do.
   But because no other person in the road has reported this, I have been told She says she does not do it. Then we are on our own.
   Where does one go to bang your head against a brick wall.
   We are in our late seventies and lived a peaceful life and helped our neighbours over 40 yrs.
   Then along comes a NEIGHBOUR FROM HELL.

   I live next door to a 'Social Club' who flout their licensing laws. No kids, last weekend there were about 30 of the little tinkers running around. only Members, a non member friend booked a party. Fights 2 days a week, Funerals and weddings are the worst. Have not had a good nights sleep for years. 3 weeks ago a fight erupted, my road was blocked by police cars, women and men fighting and rolling in road.A small child, about 3, crying for his Mummy. Broke my heart, Mummy and her mates had no thought for this pathetic little child at 1am, well past closing, for this poor little mite.Parents like that do not deserve kids. Sorry got off topic a little.
