   when we lived in Blackpool ,our next door neighbour was a bank manager , he used to go out and leave the stereo on full blast all day till he came home at 5 . one morning i caught him bending the wipers on my company car .

   Yep 1 awfull woman thought she run the street because she had been there years.
   Got all her clan round music on callin decent people who walked up past her house spat at us. Accused all local kids of stealing from her damageing her tatty car, But what goes around comes and bites you on the ass she died and not 1 neighbour was sorry to see the back of her.

   I have had a neighbour from hell, an elderly man that was jealous of my garden. He chopped down two of my conifer trees one night and he perved on my daughter when she was sunbathing
