   when i lived at top valley l ask next door to turn the music down as l had just found out my sister had died,they did for about 5mins,the next day l had my bedroom windows smashed by her kids,the police said you will get them replaced,and l could not get moved for 4 years,the music went on all day and nightand fights rows you name it we had to put up with it,so l had to move into private rented and the landlord wants to sell next year after 10 years paying a lot of rent.back to looking for a place to live

   I have a neighbour that videos every thing you do. I was in my bag once to get my keys out and dropped a tisue on the floor - as i didn't know i had dropped it i did not pick it up. Next thing he was abusing me at my door telling me to pick it up other wise he was sending the evidence to the council. He is such an arse hole he videos my daughter playing in the garden and my dogs in case they pee up our dividing wall. He literly comes out and stands there videoing me in my back garden. I can't tell you how close i have come to ramming it where the sun don't shine!!!
