   the party that got into our council the so called greens give us so much paperwork they don't worry about trees and most of the council houses all need new windows, but they prefere to spend all the money on something useless conservatives all is forgiven come back now.

   party politics should not be part of local elections.
   The person is what matters, one that would speak up for their constituents not a party doctrine.
   But money becomes involved and that's that.

   I am happy with the results, but if BNP had been an option where I live I would have voted for them as a protest vote.
   I hope Gordon Brown has learnt a lesson - I think deep down he is a honest man and would make a good Prime Minister but he needs to get in tune with the people he is supposed to represent - Labour is for the working man and the income tax racket was totally unfair.
