Council officers in Lancashire have been assigned to snoop in residents’ back gardens, looking at how many wheelie bins they have, and taking away any ‘unauthorised’ refuse containers.
Officers were seen propping ladders against garden fences to peer into residents’ gardens. Do you think this is going too far? Share your thoughts.Think they should start with all the government departments first the savings made from their waste could would raise enough money to up the low imposed annual rises, we have to suffer.
If the councils wants to wast more money employing people to go through our dustbins, they are probably charging to much for council tax es and need to review them.
i would love to catch (a council worker on MY LAND going threw my bins) its called THEFT and as someone on my land will get the same fate as a burgler try it
a good excuse to clone details of anyones private waste.
I did try and warn you.
