Location, Location, Location recently crowned Edinburgh as the best place to live in the UK. Do you agree? Where do you think the best place to live in the UK is? Have your say...
If the rubbish posters on here are anything to go by, not only is the uk heading for a slump that will have you all praying for death, but it will be what you deserve.
As must be clear from my earlier posts: I have been around for a long time and have a great deal of experience all over the World. I am London born from many generations of Londoners, and I say in total sincerity that I live in Liverpool from choice, and know of no warmer, more open, more friendly place on Earth (even if the local football fans do moan a bit too much on phone-ins.) By the way, when I described how a Canadian hospital made an entry on an account sheet before giving a colleague two aspirins (around 1960 when I lived there) that $2 charge would then have bought about six gallons of gasoline. Too many idiots and trouble-makers fail to realise the glory of the NHS and all that is good about Britain. ALL my closest comrades in the RAF were Scots (well "Fifers" mainly) and I hate the divisions now being created between us on these small islands.
