TV prankster Jeremy Beadle has died at 59 of pneumonia. He was well-known for his TV series Beadle's About but also remembered by friends as "a lovely, lovely man" who did a lot for charity. Leave your tributes here.

Of course it is sad when someone dies too early, and he did entertain us - rare enough. In sincerity, if I had been consulted, I would have kept Jeremy Beadle, and 'offed' Jeremy Paxman .
