   i like all the soaps except neighbours which is a pile of poo poo eastenders is my fav and corrie close second but both soaps do have some stupid stories that you know just would not happen but have to watch because nothing else is on

   Yes I love Corrie and Emmerdale, however I have to admit I sometimes wonder where the producers are going with their story lines, lately they have been bordering on the ridiculous and have a storyline going on far too long. They should remember to make some of it happy not all gloom and doom. I also think they condone a lot of things they shouldn't!

   When corrie goes into the ridiculous I dont watch it for a few episodes,the long standing soap is being let down by script writers who obviously get their plots from very old series of American soaps where the story lines were out of this world,and where the outcomes were more than obvious. Get a new set of script writers.

   Can anyone tell me where I can obtain a copy of the plans for the houses in Albert Square?
   These terraced houses seem to have fantastic rooms inside which can accomodate ever increasing numbers of people, and must be a strong competitor for the "Tardis Award of The Year"
   Also how come a third rate back street pub like the Queen Vic is also liberally stocked with champagne which the locals, who are mostly unemployed except for a few who man the market stalls when they have nothing better to do, can afford to drink at all.
