Grange Hill will face the axe after 30 years on the air, the BBC has announced. Share your memories of the classic show and voice your thoughts on the end of a broadcasting era.
i supose they had no choice but to axe it,if it had continued it would have to be shown after the watershed, what with all the underage sex, violent crime, underage drinking and of course lets not forget the stabbings wich go hand in hand with being a school pupil these days.
it was a great show but i stopped watching it when Ziggy Greaves left.
it's a shame that grange hill has been axed it's one programme i tried not to miss i watched almost the entire series only missing a few episodes over the years
is it axed?
i saw it yesterday
it was a living death due to becoming a 'right-on' comprehensive. tut tut beeb, you strayed from a winning formula.
