Should EastEnders producers spend £1m on action sequences?

EastEnders will feature the most expensive stunt in soap history when Phil's car crashes into a lake next week. But should producers be spending £1m of licence payers money on action stunts?

I think it was good, they acted really well and in a situation that does/could happen in real life.. and for those that slate it and tell us to watch something else, why bother coming on here, slating the show, when you obviously sit at home watching it????

Never watch it, but that's my adult choice. Good luck to those who do, and enjoy 'Phil's' excellent standard of acting.

for those people who think EE is rubbish and a waste of time.... its simple really, DONT WATCH IT.
it may be boring and miserable, but for me, it makes my life seem less depressing than it all ready is!!!! so watch something else... like i dont know.... the news!

for those that slate ee and want a refund they can go elsewhere as I@m concerned, there's plenty of crap on tv on the whole, the bbc in included, that i find ee among the best of the crap!
