My daughters love Strictly, and have been inspired to take up ballroom dancing lessons. We always look forward to Saturday nights and miss it now its finished. I do not, however, like the dance-off or the Sunday results show - I think they should return to the previous format. As for Bruce, his jokes can perhaps be likened to those found in Christmas crackers - they certainly make me groan! I still like Brucie, though; pity we can't have repeats of the Generation Game - much better than some of the tosh on tv nowadays.

Yawn.
Dancing, X factor, In the Jungle, Big Brother blah blah.
Time licence fees were used to generate inspirational entertainment.
