What do you think of The Apprentice results?

Lee won, Alex is out. What do you think of the results? Do you think the programme is good for British business and is it, as Sir Alan claims, making business attractive to the nation's youth? Or is it just gimmick-laden reality TV?

Sir Alan shows such great insight when it comes to weeding out te chaff in this program that I can't stop watching. But unfortunately the last two years I felt that the women runner ups should have won. Does Sir Alan realise that half his audience is female. When will he employ a strong, feisty woman like he has had over the past two years. Disappointed but hopping for change!!
