   Eastenders is ten times better. Corrie is set in Salford. Ever been to Salford? It's nothing like that. All those thriving businesses on one street-No! Friendly neighbours and a over friendly pub-No! Where is the gun crime? Where are the feral youths? Corrie is as realsitic as Father Christmas

   Total rubbish, all of them. Well past their sell by date and rotting irretrievably. If it's not possible to get decent scriptwriters any more with some sort of handle on reality so as to make the things realistic and believable, then don't bother. They are a rotten apple in the barrel of society. Just look at all the hype and nonsense surrounding these 'programmes'. Trashy magazines full of rubbish, talking about these people and their wretched 'storylines' as if they are real and incredibly important. Stupid fans who think the shows and their 'characters' are real. Stupid people who go on daytime TV looking smug as they 'exclusively reveal' what is going to be happen in the soaps. Rubbish in all the red-top rags...where will it all end?
