Wendy Richard - career highs and lows

Wendy has already beaten breast cancer twice but a recent medical exam showed the cancer had returned to her kidneys and bones. We wish her well.

God can no one have sympathy or heart anymore. This board is not for opionions but for bloomin evil banger oners who are probably as angelic as a cats litter tray. Cancer is not to be smirked or rude at. It hits one in three people. Lets hope you evil slaggers off do not "contract" it through lack of smoking and eating well. Silly people. Wish the woman luck as a human being that is really a nicer and more humane way of treating people. If you feel evil do it where people who support cancer patients can not see it. In your own time in your own room not in a public domain.

WILL YOU LOT STOP BANGING on ABOUT BLOODY SMOKING!!!!
the poor woman had BREAST CANCER not lung cancer......millions of women get breast cancer and have never smoked a fag in their lives, my late sister-in-law for one.
when will you lot realise that just because someone smokes does not necessarily mean they will develop lung cancer or any other kind of cancer. at the same time, just because someone does NOT smoke doesn't mean that they are exempt from developing it either!!

Dear Wendy, (Miss Brahms the girl of my dreams) you have made so many people happy during your life. This John is envious of your partner whom you are to marry this month. Thankyou for sharing so much of your life with us, which must have been very stressful at times. I have shared from afar your ups and your downs, your past battles with cancer and your triumphant career, if anyone deserved an MBE it was you.
My mother died of liver cancer, she never smoked in her life. one of my proudest moments was seeing her receive the BEM from the late King George VI for her role in looking after 112 children during WWII, she was one of your biggest fans.
I do not criticise you for smoking, I have smoked most of my life and until now have been quite healthy, I worked from the age of ten until I was seventy one and only lost five working days in my life. I`m sure it is people like yourself who have given us so much pleasure over many years who make living worthwhile, thank you so much. You will be loved for many years to come and will remain with us until we die.
I hope you will spend the rest of your days on earth happily with your future husband and without too much pain.
    Bless you!
