Santorini IS so beautiful i had a 2 week holiday in '85 and i agree with Hilary. It has uncovered a village that was buried 5000 years ago when the volcano erupted, it played an important part in history and Santorini as it is today is down to the eruption. Go visit and enjoy .

The city of Athens. Everyone says it's crowded and dirty but it actually is very nice and one of the most impressive cities of Europe. In my opinion, more interesteing even than Rome.
