Easy, just ask. Managed to get a few upper class returns to and from LA with Virgin Atlantic. The bed, pj's and duvet are fun! Fantastic service too and the first class lounges are amazing.

Easy - find the worst looking check in girl and tell her how stunning she is. Doesn't tend to work with guys on check in (Well, o.k. sometimes it does!) Turning up on crutches can be beneficial too!
