    Not personally but a few years ago a friend of mine was in a group of business men who had been told their BA Shuttle flight was over booked, so as BA's adverts at the time promised an extra plane would be provided should this happen they demanded one, the jammy B'stards got a flight on a Concorde that had earlier been on a trip round the Bay of Biscay.

    i turned up late for check in at Paris, cried about missing the flight and my poor 3 children at home...got first class no bother!

    on a trip travelling to Malta, we paid for extra leg room, many seats empty and other passengers were allowed to move to seats with leg room at no cost! Thompson are a rip off when it comes to allocation and charging of seating.
