In fact Mary and Carol if I owned the airline that you asked for an upgrade without paying for it, I would have escorted to baggage and proceed to throw you pair of old bags head first into it and stay there for 20 odd hrs. Of course with complimentary dog food and a bowl of water. I hate ponces.
