one of my fondest holiday memories is of touring cornwall and spending a wonderful time in Polperro and surrounding area,s. I would like to say that having hailed from east anglia, there is a lot to be said for the Norfolk coastline, also place,s like Skeggy for fun and Hunstanton etc. For piece and quiet , i love the Fen,s.
Iona, skye, and the kyle of lochalsh in Scotland, the East coast of England, particulary the Norfolk coast and Sheringham,a heatwave when I was last there.Oh forgot to mention Oban,Scotland-and the gateway to the isles by water.Fantastic.
TIP: Anywhere but just take plenty of cash.
