   I have to agree with the London hubs, they're a distaster zone. My favourite is Munich, brilliantly efficient, clean, firendly with charming charater. After that Manchester has a positive impression but there are a few areas that need addressing.

   I agree with the poll, Changi airport is fantastic. Easy to navigate, spacious, modern with polite, smiling staff who are only too pleased to help you...in fact its everything Heathrow isnt.

   Schipol is my favourite airport ever - brilliant place and so easy to use - the Newcastle man is crazy to say it is confusing - it certainly is NOT
