Heathrow and Naples are both awful as is Charles de Gaulle which is tatty and needs updating. I always try to fly via Schipol rather than Heathrow if I have to change. Munich is clean and has German efficiency.

Heathrow is the worst, and if you get lost in the airport and ask anyone that works there for directions they can't tell you as I say the worst.

I like Stanstead airport,it's very clean and a good small size compared to Gatwick or Heathrow,i think the worst i've been through is Sofia airport,it was once an old army air base and still resembles it!

Best: 1. Changi, 2. Hong Kong, 3. Madrid 4. Bangkok (the new one) 5. Mexico City (which really surprised me).
Worst: 1. Moscow -Sheremetyevo 2. 2. Heathrow. 3. Rio De Janiero 4. Miami. 5. San Francisco.
American airports are awful because of the over-zealous security, but they have nothing on Moscow, who also have the worst rip-off taxi drivers in the world. Rio needs blowing up and rebuilding. To be honest there are lots of great and terrible small airports, but its the big ones that matter. I'd gladly never set foot inside Heathrow ever again.

Corfu is pretty high on my bad list. Too small for the traffic and badly organised.
