Russell puts me in mind of the other great eccentric comedian Boris Johnson...they both love the ladies and tend to speak out of turn(which is nice), but beware...genius is one step removed from madness...where would we be now if Jeffrey Archer had become Mayor?

most politicians are comedians anyway so why not go the whole hog and replace them all at least then we might here humour on the news would i vote for russel yes
