Spark me up: The Rolling Stones ignore ban and light up

The Rolling Stones proved they still have a rebellious streak by ignoring the smoking ban. Guitarists Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood both repeatedly lit up on stage at London’s O2 arena on Tuesday. Was their smoking totally unacceptable or were the Stones standing up against an unjust law?

Why do stars always think they can flout the law? I'm a smoker myself and welcome the ban. I thought people in the public eye were meant to set an example to their minions?!?!?

Ban it where people are eating and away from animals & children but don't try & tell peolpe they shouldn't smoke when there are people out there with REAL issues that SHOULD be banned, ie drink drivers, yobs on the streets ......GET REAL!!!!!

I would love to fight for my right to smoke, but can anyone tell me how to do it.

I'd be interested to know if Charlie Watts lit up, seeing that he's not long beaten throat cancer.
