What's the best way to spend your lunch break?

For most of us, the hour's break in the middle of the day passes in a whirlwind of grabbing a bite to eat, maybe catching up with a few household chores like paying a bill or nipping down to the post office. But there are plenty of things that we could do in an hour, if only we could find a little inspiration. So, what do you do that you think other Virgin Media customers might find enjoyable? Are you lucky enough to work near a museum or park, do you hit the gym or pound the pavement? Have your say.

    I'm lucky we have a gym at our place so I get in there and feel the burn. Plus great chance to check out the hot bods on some of the girls!!

    I am very fortunate to get an hour for lunch and I can either sit in our wonderful gardens at work by the fish pond or take a walk across the road to sit in a lovely park by the Basingstoke Canal.

    I used to work for a company that recycled 2 million toner cartridges per year and we got half hour for lunch where we would have to sit and eat our food covered in a layer of black soot everywhere. I really appreciate the surroundings I am now working in. I am also grateful that I get a lunch break at all as looking on this board it seems I am in a minority.

    What Lunch Break?
    I do a 9 hr day 5/4 and work straight thru.

    Lunch Break - What's that? Grab lunch when you can as you work - we are supposed to have 30 mins for lunch and 10 mins for coffee break impossible in the community!
