What's the best way to spend your lunch break?
For most of us, the hour's break in the middle of the day passes in a whirlwind of grabbing a bite to eat, maybe catching up with a few household chores like paying a bill or nipping down to the post office. But there are plenty of things that we could do in an hour, if only we could find a little inspiration. So, what do you do that you think other Virgin Media customers might find enjoyable? Are you lucky enough to work near a museum or park, do you hit the gym or pound the pavement? Have your say.

Lunch hour, HA!
I can't take my tea breaks, nor a lunch break away from the office. The phones must be answered at all times. *Only way one can get to go to the loo is if one can get a work colleague to cover the phones for a few minutes.

I am lucky enough to be 2 mins from home so I take my dinner there make myself a cuppa and sit in the garden with my boyfriend and the dog!!!

I go home and spend my lunch hour 12 till one having a sandwich and yogurt and watching digital tv because I am only five minutes walk from work;I deliberately go home for lunch and then I can't be pressured stressed or hassled by other staff for equipment bookings etc.
