I hope that you continue to play for a while longer. But if offered a coaching position within the England setup would you consider the offer.
Mike Catt:
I'm not considering anything just yet and enjoying a rest after a long tournament. I'm just going to enjoy my player/coach role with London Irish.

Win or lose the team still played a good game. You made it to the final which is a big achievement. I will always be proud to wear the red rose of england rugby.
Mike Catt:
Thanks Sam, glad we did you proud. We're gutted not to have won the final but it's been an amazing tournament for us and we still can't quite believe how well we've gelled as a team.

Mike Catt:
I'm not thinking about too much at the moment. I'm going to enjoy the rest of the season with London Irish and have a sit down with my family and discuss things after that. Thanks for your kind words. I got subbed because the body didn't quite hold out for the 80 minutes!

This isnt a question for you Catty, just some words from a fan for the whole squad.
Well done and I'm really very proud of all of the boys efforts last night. I think the 4th ref was wrong in his decision to not allow the try. Thats why we lost pure and simple. Not because our heart wasnt in it, or our passion wasnt there, we really wanted it it.
For me there isnt a braver, more passionate side in the tournament than the England rugby squad, well done lads I'm proud as puch to be English.
