Luton Town fans look away now - the Hatters face starting next season on minus 30 points after a ruling by the Football League.
They had already been deducted 10 points by the Football Association after being found guilty of misconduct for paying agents via a third party - all from a previous administartion at the club.
Luton Town 2020, the company headed by TV's Nick Owen that took over the club, has now been told it must accept a further 20-point deduction to play in League Two as they failed to satisfy insolvency rules.

there must be a point where immediate relegation is a more positive option rather than condemn a side to a whole season with no realistic hope of avoiding going down.
just proves the powers that be in football are corrupt.
how can they justify any punishment like this?
If they were going to be so harsh, why did'nt they just relegate them to the conference this season, then at least then they could have started with zero points like everyone else.
As it is now, they are punishing them this season by deducting the 30 points, and next season by almost certainly getting them relegated so punishing them for at least another 2 seasons.
GOOD LUCK FOR NEXT SEASon.
