   Vaughan must have the guts to lay it on the line to Peterson that he is in the side as a Batsman, and unless he can learn selfdiscipline he will only be picked for limited over games. He should learn to apply himself like the South African batsmen, they have made him look a joke.

   Sack Vaughan Ambrose and Collingwood, Patington should never have been picked. Explain to Peterson this is test cricket not 20-20. Play Flinthoff, Sidebottom and Broad but get someone to teach them how to bowl a yorker. Pick Jones, the best bowler in the country and Monty. Prior for w/k and Strauess for captain.
