It's said that 29 February is the one day each leap year when it's OK to propose to your man. Ladies, will you be proposing this year? Have you already done so? Would you ever consider popping the question? Fellas, have you been proposed to? Would you feel emasculated?

I dont think women should propose to men. There are many things that men and women can do equally and the gap is narrowing all the time. Men proposing is one of the last things they get to keep for themselves, like women having babies!!
Part of the romance of marriage is the proposal and how us women have our dreams of how it should be.....so if your man doesnt propose maybe the reason is coz he doesn't want to get married!Should women propose to men?No -
