It's said that 29 February is the one day each leap year when it's OK to propose to your man. Ladies, will you be proposing this year? Have you already done so? Would you ever consider popping the question? Fellas, have you been proposed to? Would you feel emasculated?

i proposed to my husband and why not we have been together 4 19 blissful years but i do miss the fact that no one went down on bended knee 4 me its like a little part of life is missing i do love him loads though and he would have got there eventully himself but i suppose i was just 2 impatiant
