It's said that 29 February is the one day each leap year when it's OK to propose to your man. Ladies, will you be proposing this year? Have you already done so? Would you ever consider popping the question? Fellas, have you been proposed to? Would you feel emasculated?

I'm not traditional in any other sense but one tradition I think should be followed is men proposing to women, its a really special moment in a girls life!!
Thats my opinion at the moment anyway, I've been with my man for 2 years if he hasnt got down on one knee before the next leap year comes round I may have to take matters into my own hands ha ha!Should women propose to men?No -
