Is it only right that given the extra pressures they find themselves under, stars should be shown a little leniency in times of trouble? Or do you think celebrities should be made an example of - they are after all, role models for many people?
Why should they??
I worked for 50 years after leaving school;paid all of my dues and demands, and get the bare minimum back from the goverment of the day. This applies to millions across the country who are too frightened to go out or into certain areas, for fear of their life, because of the lack of protection from the authorities.Celebs earn MORE than enough each week to pay for their own protection(probably tax deductable anyway!!)
Eh!!! Law is Law the only thing different they should get is far bigger fines!! Longer bans for driving offences i.e Amir Khan and O yes every Chief Constable etc who seem to get away with things!!!
NO WAY THERE THE SAME AS US .onLY THEY HAVE GOT MonEY LOADS OF IT
eh.....and why should they, they are citizens too who should abide by the law and even more so because they are public figures
why should they get special treatment if anything they can aford any fine they get. got to much money that lot.

Should celebrities get special treatment from the law?
