I am going to have to switch to Sky now! I love sky sports news, I pay almost £30 a month for sports package. Thought sports news would be included. And my girlfriend's gone mental because she missed Lost last night( 1st episode missed)
To be honest I don't really care whose fault it is. Just want to watch the shows I PAY FOR!

This isn't about freedom of choice - otherwise we'd be allowed to choose what we want to watch. It isn't about us being "ripped off" by Sky - I think we're the sole arbiters of whether we're ripped off, not Virgin.

What it's about is Virgin denying Sky any revenue - any revenue at all, regardless of what Virgin customers want.
It's about Virgin using its customers as pawns.
It's about Virgin being unable to hold its own in the business world.

It's about time Virgin stopped insulting its customers.

I have been a cable customer since the days of Cabletel & would not consider changing suppliers now. In fact I am glad that you are no longer paying any money to Rupert Murdoch on my behalf, as I have personally boycotted all his companies since I discovered that despite all the money he makes from the UK he pays no income tax. I too, used to watch 24 when screened by the BBC. Where was the outrage from viewers when he stole that. Well done VM for not giving in to blackmail. One word of criticism though, I am not as yet impressed by what's on offer on Virgin Central.

Have finally got through to customer servises and the stressed lil' bunny has said that they are trying to get Bones, The dresden files and what ever else they can for the Vcentral channel watzit. If they can do it then I'll forgive the loss of Sky One. But not the appauling way they have treated the customers. Finding out whats going on with this row is a damn Google job (VM now threatening court action) are we, the paying customer, not as entitled as the damn shareholders to know what the hell is going on with our money?
Sort it out Branson, your customer servise now sucks as much as Skys and you are charging us more for the privalige.
