The vast majority of your customers watch the basic sky channels. Lose them and you face losing your customers.
Although I agree that Sky are not playing fair - Neither are YOU - At no point during the sign-up procedure did you let me know that this was going to happen - And I only got cable TV to watch Lost on Sky1. Now it seems I may have endured having wires nailed all around my house for no good reason. Why didn't you explain this before sign-up? I am annoyed at both companies!!!
don't know if my previous one got posted BUT is there actually any point in 'your shout' posts.
I mean you fat cats are not going to change your minds are you, we are just loyal customers and I think it is totally wrong that these channels are going and whoevers fault it is I don't care but just sort it, that will not happen though as you lot virgin and sky are only thinking about yourselves.

I have a full confidence in Richard, and some one needs to kick Sky's arse.
In the end customers need high quality replacement programmes.
Good riddance sky it is you profit down the drain.
